Stone Town, Zanzibar, Tanzania. The Old Dispensary, or Ithnasheri Dispensary. Originally built in the 1890s, renovated 1995. Now houses Stone Town Cultural centre. The decorative balconies are representative of a south-Asian style of architecture.
