Eisenhower Executive Office Building, Washington, D.C. Formerly the Old Executive Office Building, and earlier the State, War, and Navy Building, this building houses the office of the Vice President of the United States and the National Security Council. The monument is the First Division Monument, to veterans of the U.S. Army's First Division.
